You are using our plans, workout programs, and mentoring at your own risk and we are not responsible for any injuries or health issues you may experience or even death as a result of using our programs.

Although our products and services are meant to be implemented in their entirety, sometimes they are not, which could result in a lack of progress/results for the user. If you purchase our Program, you will be automatically charged each period and will continue to receive new updated meal plans and workout programs for as long as you choose to remain a customer.
With all of our Online Services, we offer a 14-day 100% money back guarantee. If within the first 14 days of your initial purchase you are not happy or satisfied with any of your purchases on our site (subscription and non-subscription services) for any reason, simply request a full refund by contacting the Customer Care team. You will be refunded and your subscription will be cancelled. However, if you have purchased a program during a promotional period and have redeemed that promotion (e.g. supplements, apparel, headphones), you are not eligible for a refund.
CANCELING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
If you are a UK consumer, by default you have a legal right to a “cooling off” period during which you can cancel the Contract for any reason, including if you have changed your mind, and receive a refund. The period starts once We have sent you the Subscription Confirmation (i.e. when the Contract between you and Us is formed) and ends when you access (for example, download or stream) the Content, or 14 calendar days after the date of Our Subscription Confirmation, whichever is earlier. After the cooling off period (if applicable), you can cancel your subscription at any time, subject to 7 days’ notice.
